Putins Russia and Nazi Germany both fit the requirement of the four main pillars of Fascism

Putins Russia and Nazi Germany

Authoritarianism, Nationalism, Militarism and Preserved class hierarchy.

When discussing theory you have to break out of the mindset that there are absolutes, as none exist. By definition we can call Nazi Germany National Socialism and Putin Russia Democratic, but in reality, their shades show that they are more alike than some would like to think.

Putins Russia today has the same requirements in its system as fascism but with a modern twist

Putins Russia and Nazi Germany both fit the requirement of the four main pillars of Fascism:

Authoritarianism, Nationalism, Militarism and Preserved class hierarchy.

Definition: of Fascism

Short version:

Politics of authority dictatorship

Long version :

A system of government marked by centralization of authority that is dictatorial, stringent social-economic controls, suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism.

putin11 Putins Russia and Nazi Germany both fit the requirement of the four main pillars of Fascism

Just like in Nazi Germany in Putin’s and Demitrys Russia opposition groups in Russia are denied the right to hold free protest and are allowed little if any access to any of the state-controlled media in the country.

In  Nazi Germany Hitler had a youth party call Hitler youth in  Russia to day Putin has a youth party called Nashi,((Putins Hitler youth )

So what makes the two youth org. the same you ask ?

### At the bottom of this blog is links to Video reports about Nashi and other issues talked about in this blog###

Well they both pledge their loyalty to one man and not the state or the government or the flag of the country they ONLY pledge there loyalty  to the worshiped leader.  Both organizations  Nashi (with over 200000 strong) and Hitler youth have young members in the ranks that are easy to control and are  fanatical loyal to the leader.   And in contrast to any other youth group of any opposition  in Russia just like the Hitler youth they are they only youth party that is practically able hold any sort of marches, protested and have almost unlimited free accesses to the state media and also receive  favorably coverage on the  state television. Just like the Hitler youth Nashi as the only political youth group in the country receives its  financing from the state. In Russia’s case they do this using Gazprom, the Kremlin-controlled gas giant.

Similar to Hitler Youth, the group undergoes paramilitary training where as young as 11 year old school girls and boys learn how to shoot automatic assault weapons make Molotov cocktails how to do sabotage and so on and so on….  Nashi has been implicated in attacks on opposition groups, political opponents and non nationals they have also at several times bean responsible for harassment of the Estonian and British ambassadors. As their actions mirror more widespread and are getting more openly violent and intimidating towards opposition groups, human rights activists and the free press it is Not surprising that If you look close you will clearly see parallels and come to the conclusion that Hitler Youth and the Putin Youth (Nashi) under this to leaders are more alike than some people would like to think.

Just like Hitler  in Nazi Germany , after Putin came to power,  journalists have just vanished from the face of the earth some say they have been murdered by contract killers and that there is evidence to support this claims. Marina Litvinovich, the chief political adviser to opposition leader Garry Kasparov, was beaten up so badly she lost two front teeth.

Journalist Vladimir Rakhmankov on January 9, 2006 was sentenced for alleged defamation of the President in his article “Putin as phallic symbol of Russia” to fine of 20,000 roubles

Suspicious killings just like in Nazi Germany

Some Russian opposition lawmakers and investigative journalists are suspected to be assassinated while investigating corruption and alleged crimes conducted by state authorities or FSB: Sergei Yushenkov, ‎Yuri Shchekochikhin, Alexander Litvinenko, Galina Starovoitova, Anna Politkovskaya, Paul Klebnikov

Waring off opposition:

Lidia Yuspova, a human rights campaigner based in Chechnya, was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, only to receive and anonymous call warning her she would not live to receive it.

Just like in Nazi Germany groups of thugs in Russian city’s  have been responsible for assaults on political opposition.  In some cases assaults and murders directed at immigrants from the Caucasus, Gipsy’s, and other none nationals (just like the Nazis thugs did with the Jews) are issues that often come up; In Putins & Demitrys  Russia this type of criminal activity’s receive little if any priority with the Police and/or The Russian Ministry of Justis.

People Disappearing and Systematic illegal arrests :

Human rights groups are critical of cases of people disappearing in the custody of Russian officials. Systematic illegal arrests and torture conducted by the armed forces under the command of Ramzan Kadyrov and Federal Ministry of Interior have also been reported.

Control of the media

Just like in Nazi Germany the truth dos not sett you free in Putin’s Russia ether . A number of journalists were killed  supposedly for reporting the truth about the conflict in Chechnya as they did not stay within the official storyline tgis did not go down well with the Kremlin.

List of names includes less and more famous journalists missing and /or killed : Cynthia Elbaum, Vladimir Zhitarenko, Nina Yefimova, Jochen Piest, Farkhad Kerimov, Natalya Alyakina, Shamkhan Kagirov, Viktor Pimenov, Nadezhda Chaikova, Supian Ependiyev, Ramzan Mezhidov and Shamil Gigayev, Vladimir Yatsina, Aleksandr Yefremov, Roddy Scott, Paul Klebnikov, Magomedzagid Varisov, Natalya Estemirova and Anna Politkovskaya.[86] Cynthia Elbaum, Vladimir Zhitarenko, Nina Yefimova, Jochen Piest, Farkhad Kerimov, Natalya Alyakina, Shamkhan Kagirov, Viktor Pimenov, Nadezhda Chaikova, Supian Ependiyev, Ramzan Mezhidov and Shamil Gigayev, Vladimir Yatsina, Aleksandr Yefremov, Roddy Scott, Paul Klebnikov, Magomedzagid Varisov, Natalya Estemirova and Anna Politkovskaya.[86]

Reporters Without Borders put Russia at 147th place in the World Press Freedom Index (from a list of 168 countries).[98] According to the Committee to Protect Journalists, 47 journalists have been killed in Russia for their professional activity, since 1992 (as of January 15, 2008). Thirty were killed during President Boris Yeltsin‘s reign, and the rest were killed under the former president Vladimir Putin.[17][99] According to the Glasnost Defence Foundation, there were 8 cases of suspicious deaths of journalists in 2007, as well as 75 assaults on journalists, and 11 attacks on editorial offices.[100] In 2006, the figures were 9 deaths, 69 assaults, and 12 attacks on offices.[101] In 2005, the list of all cases included 7 deaths, 63 assaults, 12 attacks on editorial offices, 23 incidents of censorship, 42 criminal prosecutions, 11 illegal layoffs, 47 cases of detention by militsiya, 382 lawsuits, 233 cases of obstruction, 23 closings of editorial offices, 10 evictions, 28 confiscations of printed production, 23 cases of stopping broadcasting, 38 refusals to distribute or print production, 25 acts of intimidation, and 344 other violations of Russian journalist’s rights.[102]

Fascism control spreads in Russia:

In Nazi Germany and in Putins Russia industry and media is heavily indirectly influenced by the state, Just like in Nazi Germany in Putins Russia, the state does not own the industry or the media, but it is left for the most part  in private ownership. Just like in Germany in 1937-1941 free entrepreneurship and “free press “ is tolerated / allowed to continue by the hierarchy as long as they do not interfere with the preservation of the chosen hierarchy, and stay in line with the idea of promoting the leadership, in this case Putin and his oligarchy  lackeys and others of the Russian elite (the hierarchy).

Just like in Nazi Germany nationalism in Putins Russia today, is corrupting the mindset of the youth with the idea that only true Patriotism to the motherland and nationalism with one strong leader can make Russian strong. This idea is also getting pushed by the Russian “free press “.

Nashi (The Putin youth that we have talk about above) is a good example of a cult of nationalism in Russia, just like the Hitler Youth they are fanatical loyal to their leader and are totally indoctrinated to have a strong love for the motherland; They also believe strongly in patriotism  as a way to express loyalty and love to the state; with a unbreakable  believe that the only solution to the countries problems is to believe unquestionably in the abilities of their authoritarian grate and strong leader (Putin).

When it comes to militarism:

Putins Russia has turned back to the old whys of the USSR with promoting anti west propaganda in the Russian media by creating,  illusion of dangers from the west and the USA and creating a them us wall of  mistrust, towards the west and the USA or anything not Russian for that matter. this is the same tactics used by the Nazis in 1941 to” justify “to its people and invade its next country on list and gas the Jews .

Putin  has managed to represent  him self  as the big patron of the army and defender of the nation and the only person with the wisdom and foresight of this “danger from the west” to Russia and to the people.  Putin just like Hitler in 1930 -1938 has convinced  the average “IGOR ” by controlling the media that there is some so called big  “dangers” from the west.

This gives him and his oligarchy buddy’s ( the hierarchy)  the possibility and acceptance to get funding for rebuilding the army, police FSB (KGB) and other security forces  back to what he thinks as an ex KGB agent the glory-days of the USSR. and to get  a “cart blanc” for anything else he feels he needs done. Then after that present the Army (and him self) (just like Hitler did in his day ) as the father, defender and shield of the nation and the people.

The next generation of fascist storm troopers:

Just like Hitler and the SA & SS in Nazi Germany from 1937 -1945 we now see Putin just like any good authoritarian dictator,  now put in motion with his puppet Dmitriy a baby boom plan to get young Russians (mostly Nashi) to have more children for the motherland in Russia. At first look there is nothing wrong with this new love of children except for the real reason for this is new love of children is so they can nice and easy recruit more followers and to  get tomorrows Slavic Russian soldiers for Putins glories state and the Nashi army.

The real gloomy fact about things, is that the average Ivan (Russian) just like the average German in Nazi Germany  does not understand that this is going on in his country, and will for sure just like the Germans in the past advocate the fact that it is not happening at all.

If one day, “Ivan” just woke up from his dream land reality and realized what was going on in his country the world will be a better place.

Just like in the lyrics of Michel Jackson’s song

The world will be a better place. For you and for me and the entire human race .

But we are sorry to say this we must at this gloomy point advocate the fact that Ivan if the idiot did wake-up he will most likely not care or give a shit  about the total darkness in what is Putins and Demitrys Russia, as long as Ivan feels it dos not affect him personally. In this reality the rest of us call the world the average Ivan is more about how things look and less about how things are. So as long as the ruling elite in Russia can portray the illusion that all is well to the Ivan’s of this world, and the rest of the world in general, the Ivan’s will be content and be happy with Putin and his ruling elites of fascists and except the statuesque in today’s Russia.

A. Scholarly Definitions of Fascism

http://www.anesi.com/Fascism-TheUltimateDefinition.htm

I.  What is Fascism? A. Scholarly Definitions of Fascism The best definitions of fascism come from the recent writings of scholars who have devoted years to the study of fascist movements and have identified the key attributes that distinguish fascism from simple authoritarianism.

1. Michael Mann

Michael Mann is an historical sociologist and Professor of Sociology at UCLA.  In his book Fascists (Cambridge University Press, 2004)   he provides the following definition:

“Fascism is the pursuit of a transcendent and cleansing nation-statism through para-militarism.” (Mann, op. cit., p. 13)

Definition of terms:

  • Transcendence: Belief that the state can transcend social conflict and blend all social classes into a harmonious whole. Belief in the power of political ideology to transcend human nature and produce a better world.
  • Cleansing (ethnic): Favouring one or more ethnic or racial groups over others, either by granting special privileges or imposing disabilities; deportation of ethnic minorities, or worse.
  • Cleansing (political): Silencing the political opposition so that the transcendent aims of fascism can be realized. Restricting the freedom of speech, outlawing opposition parties, imprisoning political opponents (or worse) and indoctrinating youth in fascist principles.
  • Statism: Promoting a high degree of state intervention in personal, social, or economic matters. Belief that the state can accomplish anything.
  • Nationalism: Belief in the inherent unity of a population with distinct linguistic, physical, or cultural characteristics and its identification with a nation-state. Belief that the nation possesses special attributes that make it superior to other nations in some or all ways.
  • Para-militarism: “Grass roots”, populist squadrism aimed at coercing opponents and obtaining popular approbation by acting as a supplementary police force.
